Just like any other shyster trying to predict the next market crash every time he makes an appearance or gets quoted. The 9 and 13 counts, and whatnot, are pure fantasies. You're bound to hit some number at some point.

IF Wave-2 is a running corrective fractal, then a possible Fib time ratio for a completion, if March 2020 wasn't it, could be the .5 Fib in June/July of 2022... twt.
