how are you, there in America ? Here, I' m currently completely vaccinated, second dose taken four days ago. The second day I felt it, but nothing so bad in any case. The third day I was a bit tired, but now it's all over.

I finished my 2nd shot of Moderna vaccine on March 4th, 2021.
Zero side effects so far after almost 15 weeks!
No blood clots, no covid, no tired feeling, at age 81.
Doing my gym routine 5-6 times every week.
25 minutes on treadmill to cover 1 mile at 2 degree upslope.
Then 25 pulls on weight machine.
It is absolutely unbelievable to feel this great physically at my age.
I am thinking of joining a ballet dancing class this summer.

I had no problems at all with JnJ.
However another friend had severe allergic reactions weeks later from a different injection, ranging from hives, whelps, etc. After her second shot, she needed emergency care for Anaphylaxis, a blocked windpipe.
She survived but now her grandaughters will have nothing to do with her because they say she is now "SHEDDING" the virus.

It's not the virus that sheds after the jab (not a vaccine); it's the spike proteins. The spike proteins are what make you sick. Programming the body's DNA to produce them is absurd on its face.

No longer interested in debating with IGNORANT people.

You will....if and only if....you keep moving! Stop moving and your muscles die and joints freeze.
Do not stop playing tennis, and if you do, take up golf or something else. Golf was my savior.
I had many health issues in my mid-50's. So retired at 57 and began playing golf full time.
In couple of years all my health issues miraculously gradually disappeared.
But I quit golf after moving to Florida (lost membership at golf club) and now it is 5 to 6 trips to gym every week.

''Do not stop playing tennis''.........good suggestion. Tennis is too beautiful to give it up with it. Although I' m phisically half massacred by it, I won' t quit it.........never. Last sunday I was at the local club where I grew up as a tennis player, starting from the age of 12. They were playing a second division national squad tournament and there was an interesting player who currently is ranked under the 1,000 ATP position. I thought I could have played there if I was still 20, because that's the technical level I belong to. But then....who cares ? Tennis doesn' t pay you off. It pays only if you get among the first 10 in the world..........
