I would think at some point a bull market would need all indexes going up, this looks bearish on the monthly.

I think its debatable after what theyve done with COVId vaporizing so many small businesses. Theyre not exactly trying to fix that situation either. The big caps just suck in what got vaporized in terms of the small cap earnings. At the end of this in say 2032 the big caps go to infinity and the small caps do what ever. The SPX A-D line is the only thing that really matters. Big cap city
