Market did NOT ignore arrival of COVID in March 2020. But I know old guys have bad short term memories yes.gif

I can't remember what I had for breakfast this morning, but I remember my wedding dinner in 1992.guru.gif

Ya no kidding, market did react to those events and many others so there was more money to be made but buy and holders still work out and that's ok too .  I liked making the extra 1000 points just with the Covid fall lol!!  That's a 1/3rd of 675 to 4436 alone lol!!

Buy and hold is a very good strategy, for the long run. But it can get a bit boring.

I really enjoyed March 2020 when I was 100% out of stocks, and watched the 25% drop and jumped in with both feet.

Same excitement as splurging on a long shot and watching it finish in the money.

Gottlieb and Tom Lee, calling for peak in Delta and possibly no wave in Fall.
