Or... Jay could (theoretically) pull the punch bowl early with the intent of preventing the blow-off and subsequent crash.  Or an off-colored swan could visit, e.g., the deep state might arrange for a limited nuclear exchange with one of our trading partners to clean up our blighted urban centers and help us to rebuild better, while also completing the Schutzstaffelization of our nation that began with the WOD, the WOT and the WOCovid.
