yeah but that can take months to finalize. The House isn't back in until middish September and Pelosi said both infra bills have to pass and the one pending is the $4+ tril one with the weird stipulation of having alcohol monitoring devices(which can include cameras, eye tracking devices etc) in all cars made 3 years after it passes.

The Congress doesn't create market "liquidity"...the Federal Reserve does.

 

Hopefully this POS legislation dies a cruel and horrible death sooner than later.
