CPI to be out on Friday that is likely to show inflation is on the rise, and MF suggests this is a better hedge against rising inflation.  I tend to agree:

BTW, major indices for stocks are either at or very close to a top, and I'd expect a reversal anytime soon .................

It could happen as soon as Friday if CPI out to be inflationary .......................

So far today ES intra-day down volume is 3 times of up volume, and this did not happen in the last two days.   I see a reversal is coming ...................

Regarding longer term view my IT trend indicator is still down, so I expect the recent bounce to be sold next week ....................

BTW, it's going to be the Dec. monthly OpEx week,  I'd not be surprised to see a repeat of last week, especially in large caps ..................

Even with the tape-painting in the last hours of the cash session ES down volume was still much bigger than the up volume today.  So it's likely for a gap-down tomorrow...............
