Gotta agree, its easy being bullish all the time, to actually call the upswings and downswings takes a bit of skill.  It's been so easy being bullish since 1995 its ridiculous with tech taking the lead.  Was pretty obvious the crash in 2000 was coming and back then "before" it started when the Nasdaq hit 5000 I said after it corrects, it would take a long time to get back to that level and whalla it did.  From there it was easy to see the bottom after the financial crisis, Mark Haines called it to the minute, remember it like it was yesterday.  It has been a  great move since but in my view  although up this year it is very frothy.  The market is becoming ripe for another lengthy flat period once again and next year is going to be very interesting in my view!!!  Not sure were quite at the top yet but the way premiums are in calls right now I think were getting close....

So we are really discussing the U.S. markets in various time frames.

Over decades, be a  Warren Buffet perma-bull INVESTOR...obviously.

Berkshire bought  everything during the last CRASH!

To DaMoon!

Your time-frame changes everything when TRADING in weeks, days or hours..

So you go silent when the market plunges.

And boast at new highs.

So easy anyone can do it.

For next year I'm with Dan Niles, likely see the high for the market sooner than later and then at least one -20% decline sometime in the year and electric car makers like Tesla will be pummelled, absolutely ridiculous price on that stock.  However I will continue to trade both ways lol!  Anyhow that's my fearless forcast lol!!

Tesla will be pummelled

No one has clearly explained where the "CLEAN"  electricity to power EVs will come from.

Last year several areas didn't have enough power to get thru the summer without brown-outs and power failures.

And remember those California homes with solar panels that had NO ELECTRICITY for days on end because of the fires?

Burning coal to power your clean EV is a joke.

Maybe they can figure out how to run EV's on gasoline. LOL!

Elon seems to be pushing "safe" nuclear.  NUKE power seems to be real good for the environment, especially in Russia and Japan.

Unless susceptible to extreme natural disasters, nuclear power plants should not be shut down.

Or maybe we can rob CO2 from our food crops and convert it into fuel to power stuff...

I'm sure that will be an energy positive process and great for our oxygen producing vegetation. LOL

SpaceX is starting a program to take CO2 out of atmosphere & turn it into rocket fuel. Please join if interested.
(That process removes one molecule of oxygen and off-gasses CARBON MONOXIDE into the atmosphere!)
