Is there a primary source for the "Notes from Edward Ryan MD, Director of International Infectious Disease at Massachusetts General Hospital"?

It looks the primary source is the person who talked with the doctor and I dont have any info on this person. But I tend to agree in general with the views from these notes. As a matter of fact I posted previously something like: Data from Omicron indicate that it's likely the virus has evolved into something with a severity comparable to Influenza. The speed of its spreading out can be seen as the speed to end the pandemic. The pandemic is likely to be done by the summer.
BTW, Id not trust WHO and I see WHO made mistakes in the very first place and still trying to confuse the world. I see they have good reasons for their mistakes..

According to covariants.org, the predominant variant in Massachusetts as of December 27 was still delta, so was interested in seeing a primary source for the claim that its almost 100% omicron.

I believe Yeadon is legit. He has no financial interest in what he's talking about. He sold his succesful company years ago and has FU money. He's deeply knowledgable on the topic and is honestly sharing that knowledge.
