Actually died right on Ray Merriman's date called in advance of December 24th. Since that was a holiday NASDAQ actually peaked on the 27th.

Once the mega caps get in full swing downside, the destruction is going to be something to behold when those stocks all look like Disney Netflix and Facebook etc...
