The AROON(25) on the daily SPX chart is currently where it was during the first week of Dec. of 2021, the
last week of Jan. of 2022 and the last week of Feb. of 2022.
When the AROON(25) was at 100 during the first week of Dec. of 2021 the mkt experienced a ST bounce. When the
AROON(25) was at 100 during the last week of Jan. of 2022. the mkt experienced a ST bounce. The same thing
happened when the AROON(25) hit 100 during the last week of Feb. of 2022. The AROON can be seen at www.
Stockcharts.com. As a result, I'm looking for a ST bounce here while keeping in mind that indicators are not 100%
accurate. This is why I use 5% Stops.
