If I were a multi-trillion dollar company planning share buy-backs would I do them now or wait 'till after the flush - more bang for the buck?

SOX was part of the tell on Friday. Nice hammer today on SPX. Frankly, anything much lower and valuations start to get ridiculous. CRB looks tired and we should have a red wave in November to have a good check on this administration. Also, internals are improving slightly.

And AAII had the lowest bull bear spread since the major bottom in March 2009.

The major difference between 2009 and now is that in 2009 one could actually get decent yield for cash, and those internet stocks had no earnings. So I can not see a drop like 2009 based on funnymentals.
