Yes and I told Cheifios (there is actually a poster of a bowl of cereal with that name with him, breakfast of champions lol)  that the low would come in late year and posted this chart for him to see which he disagreed with and I also posted a chart of the HGX in early 2007 showing a major low for the US housing index in spring of 2009 but da_cheif told Rogerdodger then that the housing market problems were not going to be a big deal. Well nobody's perfect in predicting the future.

Quite a few 52 week lows today.

Just wait until next year when property tax, homeowner's insurance, utilities and food costs DOUBLE along with the new valuations!

Yes, 2023 the year that Armstrong is calling the year from hell because of many things, European debt crisis, intensifying war in Ukraine (watch April 2023 pi cycle date)  which A.I. Socrates says is going to turn into WWIII after 2025,  as well as oil going to over 200 a barrel if it closes above 99.30 this year, inflation raging out of control and civil unrest as no matter who wins in Nov. the other side is not going to accept it,  MA is also concerned Biden may pass a law allowing illegals to vote in Nov. and the elections in 2024 could even be cancelled which would imply martial law.

I lean toward what I believe is A99's sentiment -- things are slowly turning.

It's like the news, the dollar and bonds just keep getting worse but stocks are tired of going down.

On the other hand, every rally attempt has been met with selling for some time now. Maybe it's still early.

On another topic relative to this thread -- why all the animosity (too strong a word?) towards the Chief?

If you disagree with him, make your case.

Petty griping does not add value to this site. Maybe some minor entertainment, like we're all still in junior high school.

Totally, this is why every chart you look at with trend lines is always backwards looking so its easy to interpret both bullish or bearish, the number one reading in the market is the tape action, nothing else in my view and I've got 21 months of straight wins to validate it lol!!
