Is Gordon in favor of bitcoin?

I have not heard him comment on crypto. He is a trader. His current thinking is leaning to hard assets (think sustained inflation longer than people currently think) even though are declining recently after their run up. Going forward he thinks that is where gains will be as you can't "print" copper, ores, or food. Silver and gold will have their time even though they have been a disaster the last five months.

That is a good premise. Stocks of miners of industrial materials should do better during inflationary periods.

His view of ETF outflows is an eye opener at 13:40ish

"The damage hasn't happened"

1370 SPX looks about right unless central banks change the rules.

"The days of the Stock Picker is coming back."  rather than ETFs.

Roger, isn't Gordon Long well thought out? Nuggets of wisdom.

I enjoyed his opinions. They seemed well thought out.

I used to listen to all of these "experts".

After a while I came to the conclusion that it was a waste of time.

I compare it to listening to cheerleaders' opinions before placing a football wager.

They just "talk their book"

Talking your book is a phrase used to describe what portfolio managers are doing when they discuss their portfolio holdings.

Roger, your right. Most of them are selling their book. The worst: people touting gold. Been hearing the end times and dollar/system collapse for years. However, there are people from time to time who are giving good advice.

For swing traders this guy is pretty sharp Carnivore Trades

For managing your account, not frequent trading Lance Roberts

Another good technician Sven Henrich. TheNorthCast I wish I could afford his subscriber letter.
