My buddy tried to talk me into "Stacking" crypto.

I told him I had seen this movie many times before.

It never ended well.

The "irrational exuberance" has again been replaced with untold pain.

NFT Trading Volume Plunges 97%, Raising Questions About Future...

While NFT trading volume reached a record high of $17 billion in January, it fell to $466 million by September, as reported by Bloomberg. Other aspects of the NFT market have seen similar downturns in recent month as well. In August, Open Sea, the largest NFT marketplace, suffered a 99 percent decrease in transactions, down to 9.34 million from 2.7 billion in May. And the prices of popular NFTs from Bored Ape Yacht Club and CryptoPunks have respectively fallen by 53 percent and 20 percent, from peaks in May and July.

Not surprised. Actually crypto craze lasted longer than it shouold have. But I guess anything with high velocity moves up attracts lots of gambling money.

Coinbase wallet is as genuine Ponzi scheme as I have ever seen. When Coinbase goes bankrupt, all the "profits" and "interest" in you account on paper will suddenly go down to zero.  I asked the sales person trying to get me to invest in it where does Coinbase get the money to pay me 1% interest every day? The answer was do not worry about it. It is a big company with millions of customers worldwide.

North Korea has stolen billions in bitcoin and ether and is funneling profits to its nuclear weapons program.

"Crypto theft is arguably now essential to N. Korea's Nuclear program!!!, They are a crypto superpower."

Both the FBI and the Treasury Department, have cautioned about North Korea's escalating risk to the cryptocurrency industry.
