We are close as far as time is concerned. Price is a question. It could be here. It could be somewhat lower.
I see a lot of value in some equities. People are getting tired of selling.

I see value for long term (3+ years) at current prices. Not sure about short term (less than 12 months)

Im a trader. Long term rarely interests me, but it helps me assess the shorter term situation.
