The best smart money indicator we've got these days. It was telling us to not trust the decline this morning.
It's also looking like it's going to give us an IT Buy today.
Also, keep an eye on the VIX P/C ratio. Nobody but sophisticated money playing there.

Yesterday at Marketwatch:
Wall St 'fear gauge' flashes another warning...
A key relationship between the VIX and the S&P 500 has broken down.
A similar pattern emerged as stocks fell to what were then their lowest levels of the year in June.
As for what might be driving the pattern of lower highs in the VIX, Richey said it could be a result of “real money” investors like mutual funds and pension funds liquidating their holdings, instead of using options-based hedging strategies to protect their downside risk.
