Still bearish longer term, but he points out that the 7 month period from Oct in 2nd year to April in 3rd year presidential generates more gains than the other 41 combined.

 

So he says that possible things are held up a few more months.

 

 

See what happens at the 2:30 time window here today...see if bears can take it back or not.

IF not, they may miss their chance for now.

UVXY tryin' for the 2:30 turn, but bears need to get back above 5.35 now before they really have anything.

Dow has finally flattened out the 3 min 20 MA after the big ramp post line-recapture.

 

see if bears can roll it back over now.

 

Back above HOD and it could run to the close...so bears likely need to get it done right here...

OK that's a bit better for bears...now we see about 33600, should it get there

For Utes. likely have to go take out the pivot at 950 before bulls take out 960, and possibly prevent the big roll...

Dow looking very much like a stick save...bears could not get it done when they had their chance.

Bears last hope is that this candle turns out to be a Hangin' Man with confirmation down tomorrow.

 

Barring that, bears mav have just had a big fumble...

 

Below 33600 on Dow, combined with other things I would want to see, will consider bears to still have a chance.
