The 2/15/23 AAII readings are as follows: Bulls 34.1, Neutral 37.1, Bears 28.8. That's not more
Bears than Bulls. Typically, but not always, a definitive ST top signal occurs when the Bull
reading is at 50 or above while at the same time the Bear reading is at 20 or below. Typically,
but not always, a definitive ST bottom signal occurs when the Bull reading is at 20 or below
and at the same time the Bear reading is at 50 or above. The current AAII readings are not
giving a definitive signal one way or the other.

NAAIM median exposure fell from 94% to 75% long. That's a rounding error from a ST Buy and a big drop in a market where Cumulative Breadth is positive.

2021 inflows into the stock market exceeded the previous 19+ years combined. Would you believe so far in 2023 they are exceeding even that madness.

Once Tesla cracks 200, those buyers scrambling to get in could be in for a very rude awakening

indeed, putting in record amounts by amatuers near lows is bearish. Bear markets have the most 20% rallies. We've had nearly three of them since June.
