Personnel from 9 western countries were told to get out of the country just days before the earthquake. Bob Moriarity wrote about it and the pictures and Videos are all over Twitter. USA is now telling citizens to get out of Russia and Belarus. You decide.

That's a pretty far out conspiracy theory...but hey, with the non stop slew of them that have turned to be true over the last few years, ya never know.
