Last week shorted it at 234 something and closed it the next day at 232. so I have some cushion on this trade if you want to look at it that way. This stock has a PE of 99. Insane. Thinking it will go down as hard as it went up. Have to go to Dr and then work I guess so I have to just leave this alone.

 

 NVDA short  at 237.73 today 12:16 pm  CST.  up a couple dollars so far but my worry is the market rallies into early (this should Be early March not ) Feb for another lower high so this could very easily go against me in that scenario

at any rate, my attempt here is to make this a longer term short but probably not as long term as the ETF's I'm short because they pose less risk to jumps like NVDA had like the recent $30 overnite open jump. Maybe we get an island reversal here in the next few days or weeks

well a very nice profit turned into a small one. I closed this at 236.73   It went right below resistance at 237 and it held but I have too much going on. I'll have to take the small profit. My world is kinda cratering around me. My ST work disability is screwing me over. I fell I have to go back to work but don't really feel well. So If I can't make it at work I'm looking at huge drop in income and have to deal with a new serious health problem.

yeah, it broke thru that. I said before the market could rally into early March. That's my guess.

I'm compulsive sometimes. I used to day/swing trade. anyway, could be a lower high. shorted again at 237.59    I'm already short SMH of which NVDA is a component but the 99 PE and this huge gap up from a few days. too temping

well, dropped to 235.09. another $2/share in my pocket if I cash in now

hit 234.20ish. Look at it on a 5 minute chart, perfect round top, like an upside down cup.

love to see it break the low of the day 232.91 that should lead it down to 230. at 233.50 now. nice little spur of the moment redo

When I look at the daily I see topping tails ever since it gapped up. Seems like it's worth if for another overnite hold at least

if you give this stock a pe of 25, it's growth is lower than that I think but just sayin, if you do the Price is 58 for this stock not 233.  the 2020 low was 45.   In 2024, if we still have stock markets we'll go below the lows of 2020
