This week’s Sentiment Survey results:

Bullish: 29.1%, up 1.7 points
Neutral: 34.1%, up 1.2 points
Bearish: 36.8%, down 2.9 points

Historical averages:

Bullish: 37.5%
Neutral: 31.5%
Bearish: 31.0%

I'm interested that Bearishness fell in a sloppy market.

at the 87 high bullish sentiment reached 65%.....in aug 82 it was reported that there was a record amount cash in mm funds.   the  market exploded and never looked back..today it was reported that a multi decade record of cash is on the sidelines.......watch the sky

"today it was reported that a multi decade record of cash is on the sidelines"

- By whom? How does one know that it's multi decade record cash (probably in nominal amount but what it is in percentage?) And so what if it's on sidelines? Not everyone has to be invested in stocks. Right?

BTW, stick to such replies instead of criticizing someone's system.

In '82, returns on CDs would have been much higher than returns on equity investments.

Why is that? Fixed income players can't trade? Nowhere in this site it says that it's only for stock traders. :-)

Conveniently disregarding other questions. So be it.

Yeah. Stick to your system and laugh all the way to the bank instead of p*ing on someone else's opinions.
