We might see a small pullback here, but barring some major shocker, I don't see SPX dropping 250 points by next Tuesday. I won't be surprised if we keep rallying once the Fed news is out of the way. A rate cut will be seen as hugely bullish and I can see the markets rallying to new highs if that happens. Bears need to tread with caution here.

On the daily bars we have seen the classic 3 tops and a drop pattern. Last night the "Venus/Jupiter sextile" aspect occurred. This has to do with currencies usually. The $ dropped hard after the early rally and the market sold off about 40 SPX pts. (Euro monetary policies to blame).
We are in a potential 4/8 TD "b" or "4" wave low today and the market is coming back. Tonight, Mercury in Gemini sextiles Mars in Leo and tomorrow & we have the monthly jobs report. Mars in Leo is high energy. If tomorrow makes a higher high, then we should see THE top, which then should see the [a] low next week on Wednesday the 11th (full moon) and then the [b] wave top on the 13th.
This would point to a June 18 [c] wave low on the Jupiter sq. to Neptune following the Mars/Uranus sq. and Jupiter sq. to Saturn on the 15th. Something very warlike comes this way around that time and it will likely surprise the markets!

Ah yes, just your typical day in the markets: a classic “three tops and a drop” pattern, the dollar doing its best impression of Icarus before plummeting, and Venus sextiling Jupiter — because obviously, nothing says “currency volatility” quite like planetary flirtation.
After the dollar’s heroic early-morning sprint followed by its dramatic faceplant, we were treated to a 40-point SPX drop. Cause? Euro monetary policy, of course. The same reliable plot device that explains every second market sneeze. Who needs actual data when you’ve got Lagarde?
Now we find ourselves at a potential “b” wave low — or maybe a “4” wave. Or maybe it’s just a coffee-fueled dead cat bounce. Who's to say? But wait — Mercury is sextiling Mars tonight. Mercury. Mars. In Gemini and Leo. That must mean something. Possibly high energy. Possibly indigestion. Either way, traders better buckle up.
Tomorrow’s jobs report? Mere background noise to the cosmic drama unfolding above us. If we get a higher high, then we will have — drumroll — THE top. Not just a top. THE top. Which will apparently precede an [a] wave low on Wednesday the 11th (when the moon goes full and wolves start howling on Wall Street), followed by a [b] wave bounce on the 13th, and then — cue ominous music — a [c] wave low on June 18th. Why? Because Jupiter will square Neptune, Mars will square Uranus, and Jupiter will again square Saturn.
That’s a lot of squares. Very aggressive geometry.
And naturally, all this celestial tension can only mean one thing: war. Or at least a dramatic market tantrum dressed up as one. Something “very warlike” is headed our way — possibly a tech stock earnings miss, possibly an actual geopolitical event, possibly just Mercury retrograde with a side of algorithmic panic. But whatever it is, it will “surprise the markets,” because despite their obsession with pricing in everything, the markets love a good jump scare.
In conclusion: the sky is active, the charts are twitching, and the euro is guilty until proven innocent. Time to hold your breath, adjust your tinfoil hat, and keep one eye on your charts and the other on the stars. The future is uncertain, but at least it’s entertaining.

Also tech stocks diverged negatively from the rest of the market. That was my final sign.

Today is also a MAJOR Pivot Top +/-
The Russell 2000 is making a new recovery high today. The SPX is up 8. The wave counts looks extremely bearish on the Dow and NDX.
The next low should be due June 11-12 and after that June 18/20.

In so many ways, this is beginning to look like March 25. If so, the [a] wave low may not occur until Friday the 13th, the [b] wave on the following Tuesday and the [c] wave on Monday the 23rd. The Gann 16 TD cycle lows would look like this from April 7: 16, 17, 19.
A move to ~5985/86 SPX later today may occur. A final top on most indices should then occur tomorrow. Today is an important pivot +/- 1 TD.
The market looks to be going through a rotational topping pattern.

I expect the selling to hit today and we should be down in wave "a" of [a], gaping into Wednesday's CPI below or around 5900 SPX ideally, completing [a] by Friday. [c] should hit on the 23rd between the Sun sq. Saturn and Neptune. Yesterday ,Mercury sq. Saturn the Neptune and it formed an important top on the SPX.
[b] is due to hit on the 17th, so it hits between Jupiter sq. Saturn (for Monday) and Jupiter sq. Neptune for Wednesday.

It looks like my premonition of a top on Wednesday with the full moon looks correct. This puts the [a] wave on Tuesday next week (a 17 TD low). The ALGO had it as Friday, so it is 2 TD's off. [b] should be on OPEX the 20th and [c] on the new moon June 25, a 16+6 (17+5) irregular low.
The ALGO has the hard low being June 24/25. 16/17/22 = 55 TD's an 11 week low and looks to be correct. I have a new TLC low due on Tuesday next week.
