BTW, the Supreme court to start court oral arguments on Trump's tariffs this week may put some pressures on the market, but for those who understand the court precedures there won't be a final judgement on this case till some time next year.  So, this dip is likely to be bought soon .........................

It could happen if Congress were to pass a specific law authorizing the tariffs, the existing Supreme Court case would likely become moot.  Of course, all these legal and political maneuvers are time-consuming.  So whatever the final court judgement may be at sometime next year it is unlikely to stop the current bull run.  And this is a good time to buy dips before SPX 7000 before the end of the year........................

BTW, I'd expect some seasonal positioning at the beginning of the month during this week...........................

I think Mr. Market owes us a rally upon US-China trade agreement last week due to the misunderstanding/confusions from the Supereme court oral arguments to start this week ..............................

Near the morning lows and still have it.  I see this is likely a bear trap here, believe or not.  It may gap up tomorrow depending on any progresses overnight in the Congress on ending the shutdown ....................

Hmmmmmm well I'm glad I went short again just after the close at 6880 and profit stopping now at 6825.  I would maybe even go long there, be easier to see after the cash market opens.  I also sold the 6900 calls at the night open for $6.25 and this morning selling the daily 6750 puts for $5.  I would go long there as volatility is likely to be strong today as I mentioned yesterday I thought it was going to kick up this month!!

Great night session, traded from just after 4am,  ES dropped just below 100 points but I traded only the final 60 points or so, after alert triggered. Bounced timidly, trying to hold but I think, and I want a bigger drop. Will add LONGS, RISK with few hedges now... got to try to open LONGS as it drops and add hedges later on sharp bounces

Going to lower my profit stop to 6815 after further looking as we could bounce higher from there.  I'm almost tempted to try a long around there...
