Does increasing volume = a "Capitulation" before a late April top?

VIX is picking up a little speed but needs a gooder spike for a market buy point.

Rydex Ratio has already shown capitulation.     Time wise we a close to a bottom.

It's only a temporary bottom IMO.

Thats what I've been saying since January nobody wants to listen. Friday was like free money. Every Friday is a sell, they have determined there is more risk in the market than out. The charts say it all, plus a quarterly op ex. $$$kachinnggggg

We should have a gap up tomorrow do to them being offsides on opex day (put Call). The village idiot had to run his mouth (a psychopath's whole life is about manipulation), now they aren't sure if we are winding this up or putting the pedal to the metal. News would give us a nice gap up. (JMHO)
