Both SPX and VIX up today, a red flag here if you are long.  I'd not hold any longs over this weekend ...........................

NACHO again?

Trump takes sharp turn toward ending Iran war

Regardless TACO or NACHO it just remains a stalemate.  But this market has priced in for a favorable result that may not be realized any time soon as the proposal from either side is unlikely to be mutually accepted, it just keeps the Strait of Hormuz blocked while the world economy suffering.  The reality is I had to pay 10% more than what I paid last week regardless what beautiful stories were fed to the market ...........................

No progress made in the Middle East over the weekend with Iran still saying the current US peace proposal not acceptable and insisting on the terms they proposed ..........................

Still hanging onto the sold Wednesday 7470 calls that I put on Friday with a price of $15.10 and they are still hanging onto a price of $5.  Nice profit there but calls are way overdone here and pricey as red has also pointed out.  The market is seriously overbought, overdone and needs to pull back to remain healthy!   There is still a massive gap up that also needs to be filled and I wouldn't doubt it will in time.  Healthy markets take breathers and this one is not anymore so we'll see.  Btw pdx I would for sure at least take some off as another problem is rising bond yields once again as that eventually will also start putting pressure on stocks!!  I also sold the 7450 calls that expire tomorrow also for $10.10 after the market decided to ignore the inflation data.  Most important thing is its going to be fun....
