To me it appears that volatility will remain as we make our way through July for this expiration cycle at least so last night with the futures open I sold the daily ES 7600 calls for $5 and they're looking decent this morning as we go into the cash open.

Well, as I predicted last Friday we got a big bounce today. Now with spx up over 50 points vix stays positive. I'd not be surprised if the bounce gets sold ..............

BTW, with yields of T-bonds rising and the "Summer Doldrums" the market is having liquidity problem, and big bounces are more likely to be sold...............

Whoops didn't hit send when I took profits but with 7 minutes left I could have taken them here anyhow for $4.20

More likely just range bound moves and today both Spx and Ndx hit the top of the range and bounced back down............

I know I'm way behind posting here but last night although it was close I sold the 7620 daily calls for $5 as the market is near highs and just took profits for $4.  Looking to sell some puts here if we can down enough....

With yesterday's gap up and today's gap down an Island top formed in both NDX and SPX.  I see bounces likely to be sold ............................

But this Island top pattern is void if the down gap gets back filled later today, let's see .........................
