This recent pull back from the top 7 TD's ago, looks like a B Wave pullback pursuant to a C Wave impulse higher, A being the FED low, but the E Wave structure is something totally different, because we are in a complex Z wave, that is an a-b-c X down  (last Tuesday to Thursday, off the Mercury sextile to Jupiter) and now a w-x-y Y of Z.

We are completing the [x] now and the next wave up, [y] of Y, should take us to 7837ish SPX by early Monday, that is new highs, which they will sell into WED down to about 7420ish. The broad market is not partticipating in this rally, so it is a case of inter market bearish divergence, but not a momentum divergence (NEG D).

When the old generals lead the charge at this stage of the game, watch out below because "the troops ain't with 'em". The generals will lead one more charge into Oct 16 and likely will pull the soldiers with them (because it will be the last, or C of {Y} charge) but they will lag (not make new highs) The Russell 2000 small cap is the worst of the indexes, likely due to the increase in interest rates due to our US Treasury sell-offs.

From Oct 16-Nov 12 I see a massive 40% sell-off on the SPX and higher on the NDX!

I think we gap, crap and go today, that is we pull back first and fill the gap up and then run hard.

Wave count: This is a Y wave of (Y) of {Z}. Yesterday's internals went like this: w-x-y [a] [b] and then [c] of [A], so a [B] wave pull back to cover the gap up looks likely. The futures front ran this (being up) before the news. This is odd! A strong C wave is expected into Monday.

The astros: are very positive going into Monday!

Technicals: the 15 min Stoch Osc was very overbought!

Bottom line: I believe they pull it back in a B wave to the previous [b] wave, which itself was a weak structure x-y-z

No gap and crap so far. The market used a lot of energy yesterday and now today and the best we might hope for now is a sideways bull flag and a nice up on Monday

It looks like to me that the B Wave will be filled on Monday and the C Wave will extend into WED where we have the Mars in Leo sextile to Uranus Rx, the disruptor. The next Gann cycle low is due on the 9th before the new moon and Venus sq. Mars, completing a pattern 16-18-17 TD low from the July FED meeting, basically a 10 week low,& basically a 350 SPX pt pull back. The astros this weekend don't look so good with Venus Rx, Mars trine Neptune Rx, Mars sq, Pluto and the Sun sq, Saturn Rx.

This would then initiate the last C wave up over 5 TD's into Oct 16 OPEX  over 8000 SPX where we have the Mars trine to Saturn. With Mars/ Neptune Rx /Uranus Rx and Pluto Rx things are about to get war like. The Sun opposition to Saturn Rx does not help. It looks like a climactic end to this bull!
