took a stab at discontinuing morning coffee today motive: too acidic and adictive :( result: big mistake to go cold turkey :( will try only 2 cups tomorrow :)

good choice....plays havoc with body chemistry. More harmful than many realize.

Hey snork...the change I am trying to maintain is I boosted my daily outdoor Mountain biking from 1.5 hour per day to 1.75 hour per day....Now that I am phasing into 8 mos. of snow pack out my front door....looking forward to that much time on my bike trainer indoors is a challenge. Important tho....here is my blog on health...the importance of oxygenating the blood is on top:

how about ewot?? exercise with oxygen therapy

i think they were using this on my dad after his bypass surgery. could it be used to increase oxygenation in "healthy" individuals?? im goin to do an internet search on ewot--not tonite. i read about it a couple of years ago and looked up oxygen generators on ebay last year--cheap--havent looked lately.
