One could debate indefinitely ... waste of time.
Bottom line -
If you're satisfied with your health outcomes / RESULTS ... then just keep doing whatever it is you've been doing ... if visiting your doctor and following his advice is working, then just keep doing it. If going to some wild Chinese guru on a Tibetan hilltop is WORKING FOR YOU ... then just keep doing it. If making your own concoction of herbal tea is working for you, then just keep doing it. If letting a surgeon practice his craft on you is working, then just keep doing it. If you're healthy and happy and have lots of joyful energy ... then there's no need to alter anything.
BUT IF YOU AREN'T WELL, AND YOU WANT BETTER HEALTH RESULTS, THEN THE ONLY THING TO DO IS EXPLORE ALTERNATIVES. EXPLORE REASONABLE EVIDENCE. POSSIBILITIES ABOUND.
And aging does not have to mean accepting poor health.
Keep believing what you've been believing and you'll keep achieving what you've been achieving.
Best to all, C.C.

Who'd have thought a forum like this would bring out so much hostility?
I move that it be removed, it's very off-topic and evidently flammable...

SB,
I find it interesting that you should see it this way. The written word is often difficult to interpret ... no facial expression, no tone of voice, no body language. Truth is, I feel no hostility, whatsoever ... really. I only wish the best for everyone ... (no testosterone here) and I have no ill feelings toward maineman ... even though he wrote that he doesn't care if I "don't like him." That is his interpretation ... can't do anything about it. I have no control over whether someone chooses to be offended, or not. That is 100% their choice.
Ahhhh ... the world is a fascinating place ... as is human communication. Sitting around the dinner table and looking each other in the eye, is undoubtedly better than typing at a computer screen (except if tempers DO flare you might actually get a black eye. Guess nothings perfect.
As always ... best, C.C.
