I think the "three peaks" are analogous to the end of an Elliott 3rd wave and part of the 4th. Then it's up to wave 5 and the beginning of the downmove to make the doomed house.

Can anyone show me a real life example of 3 peaks and domed house occurence in the stock market ?

Someone here on FF posted this link not long ago. It's a look at the one year chart of the DJIA and the post is dated 01/14/00. The post describes the pattern first, and then labels the DJIA chart as such.
The DJIA put in a high of 11,750 the date of that chart. Less than 2 months later, the DJIA had lost 2000 pts, and put in a subsequent low at 9,732 on 03/08/00.

Anybody know the exit targeted measurement on shorting
a " 3 peaks and domed house" formation ?
Is it well below the 3 peaks area ?
