Campus Left-Wing Fascism Rising

Take the case of independent scholar Heather Mac Donald and her increasingly frequent run-ins on campus with the George Soros-funded storm-troopers of Black Lives Matter.

Mac Donald’s April 5 speech at UCLA was taken over by obnoxious Black Lives Matter demonstrators. College Republicans had invited her to give a “Blue Lives Matter” presentation, blue in this case being shorthand for the police. Mac Donald is Thomas W. Smith Fellow at the Manhattan Institute and a contributing editor at City Journal. She is the author of books such as The War on Cops (2016) and Are Cops Racist? (2012).

She began to deliver a speech April 7 at Claremont McKenna College near Los Angeles after Black Lives Matter frightened most of her audience away. BLM had promised to “shut down” the event, baselessly assailing the speaker as an “anti-black fascist.” Mac Donald began webcasting the event but campus police whisked her away to safety after raucous disrupters began banging on windows. Mac Donald blamed an “exercise of brute totalitarian force” for the shut-down of her event.

Mac Donald is a fierce critic of BLM. After the event she blamed the movement and student demonstrators for inner-city violence. "What's happening, thanks to the Black Lives Matter movement, is that cops are backing off of proactive policing, leaving those law-abiding residents without any public order," she said.

Berkeley Mayor Is Member of Militant Leftist Organization’s Facebook Group

Mayor Jesse Arreguin’s personal page shows he’s a Facebook member of Defend Affirmative Action and Integration and Fight for Equality By Any Means Necessary (BAMN).

According to FBI documents retrieved by the American Civil Liberties Union in 2006, the law-enforcement agency accused BAMN as being involved in “terrorist activities.”  The group has also been involved in a number of anti-police and Black Lives Matter protests in the San Francisco area.

At least nine people were arrested Thursday night related to protests at the University of California, Berkeley, over an appearance by former Breitbart editor Ben Shapiro.

UC Berkeley spokesman Dan Mogulof said the security measures could cost $600,000.

Police have now made three arrests for people carrying weapons banned within this zone.

The Berkeley College Republicans invited right-wing provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos to speak last February, but the event was abruptly canceled when masked left-wing anarchists rioted outside the event to shut it down.

A planned speech by author Ann Coulter was canceled in April.

Police with riot gear surrounded the plaza outside Zellerbach Hall, where Shapiro spoke.

For the first time in two decades, officers were armed with pepper spray after the city council modified a 1997 ban at an emergency meeting this week.

Lawsuit Filed Against UC Berkeley, Police, City and Members of Antifa Over Violent 2017 Riot

“By their failure to intervene or employ reasonable tactical methods to ensure the safety of the Plaintiffs and the public, government actors conducted their official duties with deliberate indifference to the Plaintiffs’ safety, permitting hordes of violent rioters to swarm the university campus in a violent rage."

One of the victims, John Jennings was brutally attacked by a masked man who struck him in the temple with a stick during the mayhem. His wife, Katrina Redelsheimer, rushed to his aid and they were both attacked by a mob of five of six people who pushed Jennings to the ground and began kicking him. The mob of black-clad rioters then began attacking the couple with pepper spray and sticks, leaving them with severe injuries including concussions, broken ribs and burn welts on the skin from the chemical irritants.

Justice: Trump Supporters Can Now Sue San Jose Cops For Feeding Them To Protesters

In a huge victory for constitutional rights, Trump supporters in California have been given the go-ahead to sue the city of San Jose and its police force for allegedly putting them in danger following a campaign event in June 2016.

According to the lawsuit, San Jose police officers deliberately funneled Trump supporters into waiting hoards of violent protesters as they filed out of the McEnery Convention Center following the rally:

These left wing nut cases should check on the definition of a mercenary.

If anyone who attends rallies or demonstrations or even just reports on them, is *PAID* to incite violence, destroy property, injure or kill people they become mercenaries.  At that point their intent is to overthrow the government and its rules and laws and deny legitimate citizens of a country their rights. They are engaging in an act of insurgency and lose all rights under the constitution and have abdicated their citizenship at the moment they accept money for their participation, and are enemy combatants.  They are not an organized or recognized military operating under a recognized party and are engaging in an unlawful act of war, with no rights under the Geneva Convention if arrested or captured.

And I would add to this or killed.

UC Berkeley must pay $70K and change policies to guarantee free speech for conservative speakers             https://www.american...e_speakers.html

The campaign of the American left to silence conservatives on campus sustained a massive defeat yesterday as UCal Berkeley settled a lawsuit brought against it following cancellation of a speech by Ann Coulter.

No longer can UC Berkeley place a 3:00 p.m. curfew on conservative speech.

No longer can UC Berkeley ban advertisements for Young America's Foundation-sponsored campus lectures.

And no longer can UC Berkeley relegate conservative speakers to remote or inconvenient lecture halls on campus while giving leftist speakers access to preferred locations.

Conservative campus activist was punched in the face at UC-Berkeley for sign saying 'hate crime hoaxes hurt real victims'    https://www.dailymai...speaks-out.html
  • Hayden Williams was attacked on Tuesday at the campus in Berkeley, California
  • He was running a sign-up table for conservative group Turning Point USA
  • Table had a sign referencing the Jussie Smollett case as an alleged hate hoax
  • Angry man called Williams a 'racist' and punched him in the face, video shows
  •
  • Hayden Williams spoke with Fox News' Sean Hannity on Thursday night, still sporting a black eye from the violent attack that occurred while he was recruiting for Turning Point USA on Tuesday.

He said that the attacker expressed outrage over a sign at the table that read 'hate crime hoaxes hurt real victims,' a reference to allegations that actor Jussie Smollett staged a racist and homophobic attack against himself in Chicago.
