Negative Momentum divergence.

There are ALWAYS divergences in momentum...the trick is knowing which ones are the important ones that can cause a change in direction...not all do.

Fib

Using e-wave and cycles along with momentum divergences gives us a clue that a small pull back is due anytime. I don't see anything big, just a pause to refresh.

The big play right now looks to be GDX long: NUGT and GDX calls for leverage.  GDX could hit 24.69 +/- by early Thursday.

The SPX continues its topping action, which may continue into Wednesday.  A minor low is on our radar for Oct 23. Resistance is near 2560.

We were long DUST coming into today... I think you're going to see GDX testing 23.00 soon... Cycle low expected in this group now - early December.

I'm off that date by one trading day, I have a turn on Oct. 24th, at this juncture who the Hell knows if it will be a low or high?

I'm short $SPX call credit spreads from as low as the 2585 strike up to 2625.

Hello cycletimer, because the volatility is so low, the premium is very low too,  guess that you have to sell a month / three weeks earlier?  Thanks !!!
