yes, it creates a very interesting set of circumstances

the majors have refrained from spending money.  they have been running their highest grade reserves.  which have been depleted over the last 6-7 years.

so, they should be on the buy.  juniors are ridiculously cheap.  lets see if this ignites a feeding frenzy

dharma

novo should be reporting soon.  they are cashed up and have been buying tracks of land around the pilabra area.  so have the other juniors in the area w/pacton

having acquired a huge land mass in the desirable area. artemis and degrey mining have been doing the same.

novo has enough cash to build out its mine so it doesnt need to come to market hat in hand for money.  if you believe Q henigh  they have the goods

so when they reveal their drill holes we will find out. i have slowly accumulating them . as i believe QH he was head geologist at newmont and is a very well known

geologist.  we will see

Novo I look at as a very "spec" play and I own a little bit with a few other explorers, I am getting old and I much prefer "safer" plays, I loaded up last week on KL when the news came out GDXJ was selling all its shares because KL had become to large. There has been a lot of pressure on this stock which is excellently run and has almost nothing but good results, makes money with no debt and over 300 mil in cash.

I understand that but with KL I get a very good and profitable  company without Novo so I'd prefer to go that route. Novo had an awful presentation today and got whacked, this story is becoming a big question mark, the CEO seems a bit whacked, my dos centavos

I want to remind you what Frost & Prechter have noted about 2nd waves in The Elliott Wave Principle:

“Second waves often retrace so much of wave one that most of the profits gained up to that time are eroded away by the time it ends. . . At this point, investors are thoroughly convinced that the bear market is back to stay.”

avi gilbert

as senor has been pointing out there is a clear 5 up off the lows.  yet , i want the market to prove we are going up ie impulsing higher .   https://seekingalpha...tRoadblock=true

the fed today the key is the wording. its widely expected they will raise

The gold bull peaked Tues 9/6/11 and the HUI bear low so far is Tues 9/11/18, 7 years and 1 week later.

The EW orthodox gold bull peak was 8/22/11 and the gold low to date 8/15/18, 7 years later less a week.

It's that seven year Thing.
