it's the nasdaq.....the latest three gaps have all been closed very quickly (though one was not closed perfectly)

the daily macd is at all time highs since 2000

if the last gap gets filled the macd will cross to the downside its ma placing a divergence on the chart

bullish or bearish ?

by the way I admit that if one had to get short on this index now, he would need quickly a visit to a doctor to make sure he is not insane, but if I get short I get in europe and particularly where the stock market is weaker for many reasons. So that looking at this index is just needed to me to understand when america will give the start signal. That said, the american stock market currently is held up by the tech sector as the index shows, but is that index so strong as it would make you think given the details I have underlined with those charts ?

the path might be............next week down and gap closed.........lower highs and lower lows in european indexes......... but still the nasdaq strong and directed to a double top which might be coincident with a lower high in european indexes and might be the start of the new and last big correction
