From The Washington Times:  "Mr. Barr said they could conduct investigations “if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual state.”    What is the meaning of that statement?  Is there any individual swing state that could potentially impact the outcome, or would two or more states be required?  If more than one is required, then are investigations actually not being allowed?  Mr. Barr has been less than helpful regarding Hunter's international escapades, so maybe his intent is to run out the clock while no real investigations are undertaken.   JMHConspiracyTheory
