Texas power grid in trouble again.

The primary grid operator for Texas, the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), could run into trouble as bitterly cold weather may disrupt natgas to power plants.

Don’t go letting all this record-breaking snow have you questioning the AGW narrative. We want you to close your curtains, switch on the idiot box (so long as the historic snowstorm hasn’t knocked out your power, that is) and wait for this anomaly to pass.

'Dynamic' storm to unload up to a foot of snow across Midwest
Feb. 16, 2022
"This looks to be a rather dynamic storm with the potential for major impacts of several kinds, including heavy snow, significant ice accretion, flooding, severe weather and even a rather broad zone of strong winds," said AccuWeather Meteorologist La Troy Thornton, adding that nearly the entire eastern half of the nation will likely be in play for at least one of these threats.

Follow the Science! Don't question it.

Remember when the "Expert" Climate Scientist boldly proclaimed,
"Our children will not know what snow is!"

This week's "No More Snow" Report
Feb 17, 2022
A winter storm packing snow, ice and high winds left roads coated in ice and snow.
Kansas City picked up at least 9.3 inches of snowfall.
Wichita, Kansas, area had seen up to 4.5 inches of snow with drifts 12 to 18 inches high as of early afternoon.

Multiple traffic incidents were reported in several states.
Interstate 39 was shut down.
Police said more than 100 vehicles were involved.
Hundreds of flights were canceled or delayed at major airports in the storm’s path, including St. Louis, Chicago, Kansas City and Denver.

This was one of my favs I saved, knowing that it would age absolutely horribly...looks like they put it behind the pay wall now...

You would think these fools would get tired of being so wrong about everything at some point....

It is amazing what things disappear on the internet.

The snow didn't disappear, so the article did!  LOL!

THE SNOW DIDN'T DISAPPEAR, THE EXPERT "SCIENTIST" DID!

Global Warming Hysteria: 2000—

According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia ,within a few years winter snowfall will become “a very rare and exciting event”. “Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” he said.

Dr. David Viner, went way out on a limb and said there would soon be no more snow in England.

From the Independent report of March 20, 2000:
Britain’s winter ends tomorrow with further indications of a striking environmental change: snow is starting to disappear from our lives. Sledges, snowmen, snowballs and the excitement of waking to find that the stuff has settled outside are all a rapidly diminishing part of Britain’s culture, as warmer winters - which scientists are attributing to global climate change - produce not only fewer white Christmases, but fewer white Januaries and Februaries...

According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia ,within a few years winter snowfall will become “a very rare and exciting event”. “Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” he said.

"Ten years later, the opposite has proven true. England and Western Europe have had three very cold winters in a row, and the UK is now experiencing its coldest December since records were kept. From the story:
The latest snowfall carpeted large swathes of Britain today - with up to 5in falling in places - paralysing roads and rail, and forcing airports and schools to close. Forecasters warned the worst was still to come over the next 24 hours as the heaviest December snowfall for 30 years tightened its grip on the nation once more."

140-year-old record low to be challenged as temps plunge in LA
 AccuWeather meteorologist
 Mar. 5, 2022

Record lows left untouched since the late 1800s could be in jeopardy as a chilly and wet pattern overtakes Southern California and the rest of the Southwest this weekend, according to AccuWeather forecasters.

The potentially historic cold snap has experts pondering how low temperatures would plunge without urban heat island effects.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas… in Vegas… in March.

That’s right. Snowfall made its way to Vegas on Saturday, causing a delay at the ALSCO Uniforms 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

CONFIRMED: Santa vacations in Vegas. Nothing like a snow-covered palm tree.

“Snow in Vegas was on my list of things to happen this weekend,” a fan tweeted.

Snow? Really?  "NO MORE SNOW!" Follow the science...except when it is politicized science:

Politics is deeply ingrained in scientists' working life. Be it through funding agendas, cultural lobbies or personal bias, politics can shape the game in myriad ways, influencing the direction and quality of research.
