can go a long way up, but they are quick exactly because they are bounces. This is not quick and that's exactly why it is not a bounce, but an established new uptrend

Sounds good however as I listened to Charles Payne in his show yesterday he pointed out the fact that this is the 3rd longest bear market rally ever.  There were two more that went longer, can't remember when.  In my view a bull market isn't considered a bull until a new all time high is made in the index or stock.  In 2000 I said that the Nasdaq wouldn't see new highs for at least 15 years and it didn't make a new high until 2017.  Almost did it in 2007 but then that darn financial crisis came along lol!!!

good call my friend, that increases your reputation which was already high before .......me instead, nothwithstanding I've been perfectly tuned with the stock market since June of last year calling the September-October bottom in real time, I haven't yet seen my reputation in this forum grow even just by a shy millimeter, if it hasn't fallen to a lower level possibly. NEVER MIND, what matters is that my TENNIS REPUTATION is stable....LOL

Is this the beginnings of an arkk revival - or the ending?  Did they suddenly realize that AI won't lift all boats?  Nahhh - no chance of that.  But this could be the fastest daily count ever - they must have been in a hurry to get positioned for the next tech plunge - no true-blue arkk investor would miss one of those!

Was a good call and has been a great rally, only thing is I don't believe its the start of a new bull market for US markets, main reason, with interest rates the way they are more and more evidence is coming out of the "coming" slowdown which I think is going to be going on for years to come so the sideways market will be in repeat mode for a long time.  At least until we really hear about the pain in the streets!!

Speaking of tennis though sad to hear Rafa's gonna retire but I guess its time to let the younger guys come on up, haven't really decided who I like yet.  Think were going to be in a period of time when the slams will have many different winners as none of them are a Rafa, Federer, Djokovic

I didn't hear it and I'm a bit surprised. However everything ends sooner or later. To tell the truth, I didn't like too much the way he plays with all that exaggerated top spin which is so heavy for muscles, bones and phisical resistance by the way. If I tried to play with all that top spin, I would be short of breathing capability in the blink of an eye. In any case he is a master and as you said those three have marked a period that will be not repeatable

Here's a good fit from the March dip that starts on the closing price.  It just needs a 340 close today to finish.

QQQ's low for today (336.67) comes within a nickel of hitting the top value (336.717) of the longer count I posted yesterday (scroll up).
