No follow thru. Looks like a consolidation day. Moved Stop to breakeven.
It's too difficult to trade with tight stops
It's much better and more profitable to trade in swing mode multiday...these days

My philosophy is "No stop is large enough, if you are on the wrong side of the trade". Small stops have always worked for me.
Just now re-shorted SPX 2830 with 2834.1 Stop.

Took 15 points profits on 1/3rd. Will hold the rest with 2835.5 stop

Moved trailing stop on rest 2/3rd to 2834.5.

They took my buy failure back at the close yesterday, volume is higher now so there could be a strong rally soon.
Zero shorts in the polls, are they going to be wrong 3 days in a row and no new high? If they are, then most likely a mini-crash.

I thought day traders don't hold position overnight.
Glad to see a post from you. I was wondering where you had dissappeared :-)

Made 15 points on 1/3rd and -4.5 on 2/3rd. Still a profitable trade, despite all the sideways crap. Compression building. We should see a big directional move soon.

Looks like the position polls got this one wrong, almost 100 points down.
