Q strikes again. Senate was the key, 53/47 reliable vote with pedophiles cleaned, mcstain, corker, flake.

And ginsberg in her last days, with type 1 diabetes, does not heal.

Ginsberg co-authored a white paper advocating elimination of any age of consent, to idemnify her pedophile overlords from prosecution.

Q said cleaning DOJ and FBI will pass to the Senate.

I think they wanted house controlled by the pedophiles when it was cleaned leaving empty seats and new elections.

FISA brings down the House. Q

but house had nothing to do with Fisagate or russian hoax. Fisa regarding house is most likely the election fraud executive order, DHS stings.

DHS did things like loaded blank ballots in soros machines in pedophile districts, and documented the "count". DHS election investigation is due now.

Q said at the time, there will be another election in Alabama. Linkedin cofounder admitted to funding alabama russian bot false flag.

Our Senate colleagues, and possibly others, will continue to investigate.  It’s unfortunate that House Judiciary Democrats have stated they will not continue this investigation. The decisions made by the DOJ and FBI in 2016 and 2017 should concern all Americans, regardless of political ideology. I am grateful to our Senate colleagues for vowing to pick up where we left off with this investigation in the new year.

Goodlatte Conclusions from Joint Investigation
Email
WASHINGTON, DC – Today, the letter outlining the joint investigation conducted by the House Judiciary Committee and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee into decisions made by the Justice Department in 2016 and 2017 was released. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte’s key findings and observations from the investigation can be found below.

Joint Investigation Accomplishments

New information brought to light.  Because the Committees interviewed 18 witnesses and accessed thousands of documents not previously accessed, new information came to light. The Committees’ joint letter contains multiple observations.

The Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General’s Report.  Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz released a report entitled “A Review of Various Actions by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice in Advance of the 2016 Election.” The report confirmed that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s investigation was handled in an unprecedented way by the Obama Justice Department.

U.S. Attorney John W. Huber appointed.  In response to the Committees’ call for a second Special Counsel, Attorney General Jeff Sessions tapped Mr. Huber to investigate the actions of the Department of Justice in 2016 and 2017. Investigating these matters – including the investigative or prosecutorial decisions not investigated by the DOJ IG – is critical to restoring the reputation of both the Bureau and DOJ in the eyes of the American people.

Multiple high-ranking Justice Department employees were fired as a result of their misconduct.  Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, and others were fired or resigned during the Committees’ investigation, after the investigation and the IG Report exposed their bias during their investigations.  The Department of Justice and the FBI – along with the Inspector General – must continue to identify and eliminate bias, to restore and enhance the American people’s trust in our law enforcement agencies.

Recommended Next Steps

Appoint a second special counsel.  The appointment of Mr. Huber and the Inspector General’s report were steps in the right direction, but the appointment of a second Special Counsel remains essential as there are many unanswered questions.

Take a closer look into Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court abuse.  Potential abuses of the FISA process must continue to be investigated and remedied.  The FBI’s use and handling of Christopher Steele, coupled with what was not shared with the FISC, in the Carter Page applications and renewals is deeply concerning.

Key Takeaways

Our 2016 presidential candidates were not treated equally.  Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton received unusual treatment from the Obama Justice Department during its investigation of her use of a private email server for sending and receiving classified information. The integrity of our government agencies must be restored. It is absolutely critical that every individual, regardless of his or her status, be treated equally in the eyes of the law.

The investigators in both investigations were biased against President Trump.  Peter Strzok and Lisa Page exchanged more than 40,000 text messages, including messages such as, “Trump is a loathsome human.”  Director Comey himself stated, had he known of their bias, he never would have allowed them to serve on the investigative team.  Nevertheless, both Strzok and Page served on the Clinton email and Russia investigations, with Strzok playing a leading role.

DOJ and FBI’s investigation of Secretary Clinton was over before it began.  Former Director Comey wrote a statement exonerating Secretary Clinton months before his public announcement doing so.  He did this before the FBI had interviewed nearly two dozen witnesses, including Clinton herself.  Additionally, the FBI was looking for evidence of “willful intent” in Secretary Clinton’s email activities, even though the relevant federal law doesn’t require it.

We must prevent this from ever happening again.  It’s truly unfortunate that Democrats do not see that this is an American issue, not a partisan issue. The actions of the DOJ and FBI in 2016 and 2017 have tarnished the reputations of our nation’s top law enforcement agencies and have undermined Americans’ confidence in their justice system. Equality under the law is a core American value. Our laws should be administered and enforced with impartiality.

This is Truly a Trade War

The tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump are justified by the U.S. Trade Representative's (USTR) "findings of its exhaustive Section 301 investigation that found China’s acts, policies and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property and innovation are unreasonable and discriminatory and burden U.S. commerce."

Chinese regulations force joint ventures which give majority control to Chinese "partners" of American firms. PRC policy also mandates technology transfers, facilitate "the systematic investment in, and acquisition of, U.S. companies and assets to generate large-scale technology transfer... [and] support cyber intrusions into U.S. commercial computer networks."

Trade War is becoming a Cold War.

The escalating China/US conflict has enormous implications for global trade and is likely to scale back global growth significantly. It could change utterly the current Tech supply chains, concentrate demand on compliant products and lead to a massive realignment of trade flows.

Some say the world will coalesce around 3 groups: the US and Allies, China and its Asia Co-prosperity sphere, and non-aligned including Europe. I suspect it's more likely to be a US Pacific Rim anchored on Japan and Korea, with an aligned Europe.

The Media Intentionally Mislead Americans on Trump’s Huawei Position…

On May 20th, 2019, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross announced the U.S. Dept. of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, would be issuing Temporary General License (TGL) permits for U.S. business interests who wish to engage in commercial exchanges with Huawei.

The Commerce Department reviews each request, outlines what products can be exchanged, and restricts the company to a transaction of product approved by the license.  Each license lasts 90-days.

This process began on May 20th and still exists today.  This process is what President Trump was referencing when he announced the U.S. and China would restart trade negotiations as it related to Huawei.  Specifically when the president said: “Ross will evaluate each request”.

Nothing can be purchased from, or sold to, Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd and/or its sixty-eight non-U.S. affiliates, without getting permission from the U.S. commerce department.  Nothing in the agreement between President Trump and Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping changes that process.

Gold is the real canary in the coal mine

Financial markets are at the early stages of pricing in a major and prolonged confrontation between the U.S. and China.

-

As Predicted:

Gold surges to 6-year high as trade worries lift safe-haven bets as an escalating trade conflict between the United States and China sent investors scurrying for the safety of bullion.

Citywide strike erupts into night of chaos in Hong Kong

Police hunted protesters, protesters and thugs hunted each other and residents tried to protect themselves at home as fires, standoffs and outright brawls broke out.

Hong Kong tumbled into chaos Monday night, with multiple neighborhoods bathed in a neon haze of tear gas as police, residents and protesters clashed in simultaneous confrontations across the city.

Clashes unfolded in the city’s central financial district, business and shopping areas, working-class neighborhoods and rural suburbs.

The chaos came after a day of strikes and civil disobedience that had paralyzed much of the city’s public transportation system through the morning     https://www.latimes....chaos-hong-kong
