Well the 8 week low was to be this week, within rising 35 week for two more 8 week highs.
and the daily RUT that I dont look at that often, bottoms today.
so I will make my buys today, hit the last lows well a couple times but one one bad higher
buy on the way down. This is why I was in cash most of last year for this here day today.
