I noted similar last night on AAII. Considering the lack of damage, the lack of bulls is remarkable and Bullish for the market.
Also, Investors Intel saw a huge decrease in Bulls, relatively. That's perhaps not a screaming LT Buy from them, but ST it's pretty Bullish.

Starting to look "October scare" is behind us now.
NYA chart salivacious now....
Once it clears 13,250, it should take off like a rocket....looks like massive multi-year consolidation just about done.
This back test of 13K should be revealing...if bulls reclaim it, then most likely 13,250 falls shortly there after.
SOX type stuff looks like it may lead the way higher....it got nowhere near the Aug lows on this last dip like the other indexes, and now challenging new ATH area again.

There's the first reject at 13K...now we see it hey can punch it through later today or tomorrow....
