I was sort of thinking a volatility melt down was on Credit Suisse AG mind when they decided to announced the closure of all those ETFs this morning.  TVIX was a great instrument.

Crash may not be likely during Russell Rebalance Week...

Last time there was a problem was Brexit.

So, watch those currencies... if there is turbulence, it might start there.

If this early morning action holds up, DOW and RUT will start off  with nice gaps above hourly 900 after huge battle there...

Now we see if NYA and Trannies can also get dragged back above by the close.

If so, then bears go from  mostly dead to fully dead......

Dow 26400 and RUT 1460 the key levels for today....

If bulls manage to clear those, then door to All Time Highs opens....

RUT already cleared first hurdle at 1440, and if it is indeed headed higher, it should not come back below on any pullback after the open...

Think there are pretty low odds of new highs at least within this expiration cycle ending July 17th for the S&P at least and even if it does likely won't hold.

Dow at HUGE pivot spot on multiple longer swing time frames...

60, 120, 240 min all lined up at almost same spot....

Bulls get full benefit of doubt as long as above the 60 min 900...bears have to prove they can take it back...

And...should the bears prove they can, might be wise to pay attention....

Today could be very big in the longer scheme of things....let's see if bulls can go up and take out 26400, and start to sync things back up to the upside...

Can RUT hold the back test of 5 min 900 and launch towards 1460, or do we see a throwover???

Could be big moment of truth dead ahead....
