you maybe surprised many outside the US would consider nuking another nation, other than China may solve a lot of world problems....

China has 259 nukes, the latest has the longest range on the planet, over 9000 miles and can arrive in 30 minutes.
It is a multiple deployment nuke, meaning it targets 10 or so sites with separate warheads when near the target. I looked that up recently, you don't want to attack China.
They have submarines equipped with nukes as well.
