When the RUT, IWM, SML is leading the market. Just not today, and probably not this week at a minimum. The next rule is, it's never different.

RUT essentially just duplicated the '29 crash from the Jan 17 top.
More stocks below book value now in RUT than at the bottom of the GFC in 2009.
I suspect we may be about to see a recovery there that surprises some folks...

RUT leading on the way up.......when that happens, get ready to head for the hills. This was one of the worst small cap performances going into the QQQ high on Feb 19.

It was also the worse performer. NASDAQ lagging ... better performer.
