It's because the recent correction has completed. Expect the rally to continue making new highs after this week. You may call it rinse and repeat, but what else is new in the game with so much liquidity? And what else big whales can do with this much of liquidity in the pandemic?

BTW, when they schedule to vote this bill will pass. There is a good reason behind. While waiting for them to vote the stock market rally will keep going ...................

BTW, I'm not expect much from the Fed conference tomorrow, which is likely a non-event as Powell is not a man to make a surprise ...............
