Fangs Low Late March

Oscillator is projecting a low for late March for the Fangs.

One thing is becoming apparent (to me atleast)..... its almost impossible to get a good high in the markets until the CNN greed meter has degraded to below 30. Rarely that can happen while the highs are actually in progress. Or it shows up on the way down. But short of that, its just the MM guys reloading before the next runup. The highs last week are not significant yet.
