Wife Leaves Husband After He Refused to Sell Bitcoin at $60K and Bought the Dip... now AT $49,744.6

“bitcoin mooning can be a wife changing event.”

Be careful out there. Easy come easy go.

At least you get free drinks in Vegas.

Maybe even a show to see Tape Face  or PIFF the Magic Dragon.

Compulsive gambling - Symptoms and causes - Mayo Clinic

Signs and symptoms of compulsive gambling (gambling disorder) include: Being preoccupied with gambling, such as constantly planning how to get more gambling money. Needing to gamble with increasing amounts of money to get the same thrill. Trying to control, cut back or stop gambling, without success.

Gambling can stimulate the brain's reward system much like drugs or alcohol can, leading to addiction. If you have a problem with compulsive gambling, you may continually chase bets that lead to losses, hide your behavior, deplete savings, accumulate debt, or even resort to theft or fraud to support your addiction.

Compulsive gambling is a serious condition that can destroy lives.

The ONLY reason these posts exist, is because people don't like to see other

people making money like this when they aren't.

They had to struggle and trade/invest for 40 years to get where they are now,

well some people don't want to invest that much time or never had much money when they

had the time.

Trading crypto is not much different than betting on the long shot at horse racing.

Sometimes you can win big. In the long run guaranteed to lose.

That's not a correct assessment of what is going on: people get alarmed when they see idiocy taking hold of collective psyche. They will also be affected when this insanity unravels.

Turkish authorities have detained 62 people over alleged links to the Istanbul-based cryptocurrency exchange Thodex after its founder fled with a reported $2 billion in investors' assets, Turkish media reported.

Thodex was one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in Turkey with 700,000 users, many lured in by an introductory offer of 'millions' of free Dogecoins. Apparently, most of those Dogecoins were never distributed.
To make matters worse, media reports say that as many as 391,000 users have now suddenly lost access to their accounts.

Meanwhile, Faruk Fatih Ozer, the founder of Thodex, has flown to Albania, taking $2 billion of investors' money with him, reports CNBC (citing local Turkish media). As you would expect, the Turkish Justice Ministry is seeking a so-called "red notice" with Interpol to arrest Ozer.

However, unfounded rumor suggests that Ozer may have stolen Elon's personal SpaceX rocket and was last seen on his way to Mars.

Rogerdodger,

How much percentage wise did you make investing/trading over the last 12 months?

Crypto sell-off is just getting started ... BTC lost daily T/L support.  Next stop around 32-35.

Dunno about Rogerdodger, but last 12 months were the most profitable percentage gains for me in 60 years of trading stocks.
