Its possible I undershot my mark but I'm sticking with it I'll add lower actually. I think it will be much higher by the time the year is over. (JMHO)

If your right (and I agree, when you see the economy is heading into a major recession) you will have lot's of time to capture falling rates. It's not quite time for the FED's current policy to seriously damage the economy...it's turning but not widely seen or felt yet.
Amazing times are coming. All the central banks have created the biggest potential disaster we will ever experience.
I bought TLT at $118 and change,, I posted it in real time a week ago,thats all I am talking about. If it goes lower I'm not worried. (JMHO)
