"Due diligence" should include "I've seen this movie before."

How do you lose everything on Bitcoin?

HOW? Borrowing money to "Keep Stacking".

In the tulip craze, people reportedly would bet their entire home for just one bulb.

"At the height of the bubble, tulips sold for approximately 10,000 guilders, equal to the value of a mansion on the Amsterdam Grand Canal
During the early to mid-1600s, speculation drove the value of tulip bulbs to extremes. At the height of the market, the rarest tulip bulbs traded for as much as six times the average person's annual salary.
Today, the tulipmania serves as a parable for the pitfalls that excessive greed and speculation can lead to.

$3 billion in bitcoin was sold in a last-ditch attempt to save UST stablecoin

80,000 Bitcoin gone: What’s left in Luna’s reserve wallet?

The Luna saga continues. In a Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) thread, the team behind the failed algorithmic stablecoin UST and the token LUNA shared precisely how much Bitcoin and crypto assets they had disposed of.

The Luna Foundation Guard (LFG) also shared a promise to “compensate remaining users of UST, smallest holders first,” with the remaining assets.

The level of ignorance in this space is mind-boggling.  Most do not have a clue how crypto even works.

The LUNA collapse illustrates the sheer hypocrisy of these koolaid dealers who promise nonsense like “decentralization” then provide ZERO transparency on what they did with the missing $1.2 B in missing BTC.

And let’s talk about staking rewards.  Did you know that most cryptos pay out these ridiculous yields by simply pushing a button that prints more crypto ??  Complete nonsense.

Shake outs of those "not deserving" are part of the process...we see this all the time with equities when things look or become "easy".
